This program is split into two progressive 4-week phases, each designed to challenge your glutes in new ways as you build a stronger, more defined lower body.
What to Expect:
Phase 1: Activation & Foundation (Weeks 1–4) In the first phase, we focus on glute activation, form, and foundational strength. You’ll learn how to properly fire the glutes, correct muscle imbalances, and build mind-muscle connection — the key to real results.
